SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
• Fulfillment Time: We typically prepare and ship orders within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Business Days: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Carriers & Delivery
• Third-Party Carriers: We use reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once we hand your package over to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery.
• Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates or times provided at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Costs
• Calculation: Shipping fees may be calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and/or the chosen shipping method at checkout.

4. Address Accuracy
• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided is incorrect.
• Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
• Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use it to follow your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly. We are not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
• Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery Times: Transit times vary depending on destination and customs processing and are not guaranteed.
