REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for Refunds
• Unused, Intact Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be returned in the exact condition received, including original packaging, tags, and any accessories or documentation.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided to initiate any return or refund.
2. Return Window
• Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this window, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated by contacting the following email address: helpdesk@lumolith.com .
3. Shipping Fees
• Refundable Only if Not Yet Shipped: If your order has not yet been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, your shipping fee will be refunded.
• Non-Refundable Once Shipped: Once the product(s) has left our facility, shipping fees become non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage or tracking number until your return is processed.
• If item is lost in transit and we have no capability of verifying it has been lost, we won’t process a refund.
5. Inspection & Processing
• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
• If the product is not in its original condition or parts are missing, your refund may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days of our receipt and inspection.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
7. Exchanges
• Exchanges are handled similarly to returns. You must return the original product (in unused, original condition), and once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
• Certain special-order, customized, or clearance items may be non-returnable or may carry specific return terms. Check product listings for any specific return instructions.
9. Decorative Purposes Only
• Our products are not meant to be ingested or used for any purposes other than decoration, keep out of reach of children/pets. Any misuse or ingestion of our products voids all warranties and refunds.

11. Definitions
Business day: Any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or recognized public holiday in El Paso County, Texas.
Calendar Days: Every day on the calendar, including weekends and public holidays. If a deadline ends on a weekend or a public holiday, that day still counts toward the deadline.
